FSMC Board of Managers

Do you know someone who you think would be a good addition to our Board of Managers?  We are looking for many different backgrounds, including marketing &communications, legal experience, cultural and geographic diversity, and FSMC client representation.  Contact Patrice Picard, FSMC Chief Executive Officer.

  

Young Professionals Group

Family Service has a leadership program for young professionals between the approximate ages of 25 and 40 years old. Members of the Young Professionals Group learn about the agency's key programs and board service and ultimately plan a fundraiser to benefit the agency. Corporate Volunteer Opportunities

Do you enjoy spending time with the elderly but feel like you don't have a lot of time to give? Coordinate a one-day individual or group volunteer project with the seniors at one of our FSMC Adult Day Centers in Madison, Morris Plains or Succasunna. Share a talent or hobby or work on a craft with the seniors. See what a difference a day can make! Friends of the Blind

Senior Cents Money Management

Do you have a keen financial sense or actually enjoy balancing your checkbook? This volunteer opportunity could be for you. This money management and advocacy program for seniors and the disabled enables the older adult to control their finances and remain independent in the community. FSMC Volunteer Recognition Event

On June 16th,  FSMC recognized the efforts of volunteers from the FSMC Friends of the Blind and FSMC Senior Cents Money Management programs.   MACRO Consulting Group of Parsippany generously underwrote the cost of this event, allowing FSMC to formally thank over 40 volunteers.
