Susan Donald

Susan Donald is the Care Manager for our new program, Intensive Senior Support.  Her role will be to outreach seniors as part of an interdisciplinary management team. Her position is part of funding we received from the Grotta Fund to provide services to multi-problemed seniors, and her role will be to work with seniors in the home as well as to participate in our inter-agency advisory committee for the program.

Susan has been working at the Mental Health Association of Morris County since 2005 providing case management for people with serious and persistent mental illness. She has also worked as a Care Giver with Grannie’s Nannies, a home based geriatric service, and also at Saint Clare’s Hospital, as a Behavioral Health Counselor. Susan also has a BA in psychology from Montclair University and has worked as a volunteer for Meals on Wheels for over six years.
