Patrice PicardPatrice Picard

Patrice has been the Executive Director at FSMC since September of 2007.  Her long history with FSMC began in 1999 when she joined the Board of Managers.  In her career with the agency she chaired the planning committee providing strategic direction to the agency. She also served as President of the Board of Managers for four years providing leadership to the agency through the Capital Campaign and project to build the new program center.

Patrice has 25 years of experience in both the for-profit and non-profit sectors.  With a background in Human Resources, Administration, Marketing, and Banking, she moved into the non-profit sector as a volunteer. In her volunteer roles she developed community projects, consulted with non profit agencies and provided pro bono strategic planning help.  In addition to her experience with Family Service and other agencies, Patrice served as President of the Junior League of Morristown, and as Chair of the New Jersey State Council of Junior Leagues.

Patrice has a B.A. degree in Industrial Psychology from Purdue University.  She also has a Masters degree from the Krannert Graduate School of Management at Purdue University.
