Kathleen Adamik

Kathy is a Vice President with the Morgan Stanley Merchant Bank in the Insurance and Risk Management Group and has 20 years experience of insurance and risk management experience.

In her role with Morgan Stanley, Kathy provides risk management services for assets owned or managed by the Funds of Morgan Stanley Merchant Bank in Asia Pacific.  In collaboration with both internal and external parties, Kathy sets strategic objectives and protocols to minimize business risks through insurance solutions and other alternatives as well as being responsible for the identification and evaluation of risks and the procurement of property, casualty and executive risk insurance coverages.

Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Kathy was employed by Honeywell International Inc. as a Senior Risk Manager; Celanese Americas as the Casualty Insurance Manager; and in the Claims Departments with Chubb and AIG. Kathy is the former Treasurer of the New Jersey Chapter of the Risk Insurance Management Society (RIMS) and former Director of Morris Habitat for Humanity.

Kathy holds a Juris Doctor degree from Seton Hall University - School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Villanova University. She has also earned the Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designation.

In her spare time, Kathy enjoys gardening and cooking.
