Donna is a leader in helping organizations improve results through learning, leadership and organization development.  As the former Vice President of Global Education and Training for Colgate-Palmolive Company she developed and implemented Colgate's world-wide learning strategy. 

 

Previously, she was an executive with AT&T in the areas of human resources, education and strategic planning. Currently, Donna is a management consultant and co-academic director of the chief learning officer graduate program at the Wharton School for The University of Pennsylvania.  She received her Ph.D. from Peabody College of Vanderbilt University.  Donna and her husband, Larry, reside in Morristown.
